Chuck, you went out of your way back in the "70's" when I was looking for a house I could afford. After many viewings of homes you finally found me the house I really enjoyed. You made my occupancy a snap. I would still be in that home if it weren't necessary to locate closer to my Children. The sale of my home also went so smoothly and rather quickly.
